At SlumberPod, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
